I, perhaps like you, have been on an extraordinary life journey to become a mother. There certainly have been ups and downs along the way, but one of the greatest gifts this experience has given me is a way to give back to the world what I have learned and to provide gentle support to those on similar journeys. Hence, Little Wing Coaching was born.....

Little Wing Coaching is a valuable fertility coaching process for designing personal intentions and for creating openness, trust and space to receive the gift of motherhood. I specialize in offering guidance and support to those who want to learn how to approach their fertility options feeling grounded, safe and confident and to those who are seeking treatment or alternatives and need an advocate and champion during the process of IUI, IVF, adoption, etc.

The coach-client relationship is a powerful alliance that focuses on one-on-one, hands-on techniques to assist clients in getting their needs met. I use encouragement, support, challenges, mentoring, and active listening to help clients who seek new approaches or new ways to view and embrace their unique situations. Little Wing Coaching can deepen and fortify one's commitment to self and the spiritual magic of life. The process of partnering with a coach builds personal integrity and strength and enables clients to base decisions on individual values, using guided intuition, instinct and self-awareness that inspire meaningful changes and attract powerful resources.

I lovingly offer one-on-one coaching sessions and group coaching/support sessions, including:

one, free 15-minute consultation by phone;
three, 45-minute monthly coaching sessions by phone;
